Vancouver's First Ever Bunny Cafe Is Opening This Fall

The geniuses who brought the city its famous cat cafe are announcing that their Vancouver bunny cafe is almost ready. 

Narcity spoke with Michelle Furbacher, the owner and opurrator of Catfé, to find out more about their spot for people to meet with adoptable animals from the rabbit rescue Rabbitats.

The company is looking at opening The Bunny Cafe as early as November.

At first, they will open as a retail shop and lounge where people can meet with rabbits and later they will open the full-service cafe.

"In a sense, it will still be a cafe for the bunnies, as customers will have the opportunity to feed them snacks and treats," said Furbacher — the venue is located just off the drive on 1696 Venables St.
