You Can Explore A Massive Sunflower Garden & Pick Your Own Flowers In BC

You'll be able to swing next to the golden blooms. 🌻

Staff Writer

Forget about following the yellow brick road — you can follow a breathtaking path lined with golden flowers instead. The Chilliwack Sunflower Festival is returning with over 3-kilometres of walkways through the massive floral fields.

The event is happening from July 26 to September 6, and there will always be between five and eight acres of blooms no matter when you visit.

While at the event, there are so many fun things to see and do, like the seven swing sets and a pick-your-own sunflower garden where you can create a bouquet to bring home.

But it doesn't stop there — you can also purchase a cheerful potted sunflower for your windows, visit a cute windmill and treat yourself to ice cream.

This year to attend, you'll need to pre-purchase a ticket for a one-hour time slot.

If this sounds like something you'd like to try, weekday tickets are $15.00, while weekend tickets are $22.25.

Chilliwack Sunflower Festival

Price: $15.00+ per person
