128,590 Ballots were cast on the first day of early voting in Georgia.

Voters shared videos of the long lines wrapping around buildings and parking lots.

But, even those who waited in long lines encouraged other voters to stick it out because their vote is worth it.

Many were frustrated with the situation at voting sites and called the long lines voter suppression.

Still, at the end of the day, a whopping 128,590 ballots were cast — a record-breaking amount compared to the first day of voting in the 2016 general election.
