A TikTok surfaced late Wednesday night of a man hitching a ride on the back of a semi barreling down an Austin highway.

With two feet firmly planted on the trailer's step and one hand gripping on the right side, it's easy to say this man definitely went on the ride of his life.

The whole situation is still shrouded in mystery as the TikTok is the only real evidence available right now.

It is unclear if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the stunt, but the person who posted the video believes that alcohol was in play.

It is still unknown exactly how long the man was on the back of the truck nor does anybody know if the driver had any idea he was back there.

The man's identity and reason for taking the joy ride are also mysteries.
