YYC Noodle Festival is coming back this year and you can expect some unique noodle dishes to satisfy your cravings.

Some of Calgary's best restaurants will show up and show out for the noodle festival, from November 7 to 17. The Calgary restaurants will whip up noodle dishes, from stir-fries to ramen, and compete for local votes.

After slurping your way through the menues you can vote on different categories, like the Top Rated Noodles and The Most Creative Noodle.

All the tasty fun goes towards supporting the Leftovers Foundation, which aims to reduce food waste and help increase access to food for those in need.

While 2024 contestants are yet to be announced, last year spots like Lonely Mouth, Goro + Gun and Nan's Noodle House participated. In 2023 Mamak Dang Malaysian Fusion Cuisine won the Top Rated Moodle award, and Nan's Noodle House got the Most Creative Noodle.

If you're in Calgary and love a good bowl of noodles, then get ready. You can head to the participating restaurants and enjoy some of the best takes on noodle dishes, all for a good cause.

The deadline for competing restaurants to register is October 31, so until then hold tight to see which local eats you can taste!
