The Largest Tequila Menu In All Of Canada Is In Calgary & There Are Over 200 Choices

Tequila flights > feelings.
Staff Writer

Who needs a trip to Mexico when you can drink all the margs you want close to home. The largest tequila menu in Canada is right here in Calgary. Anejo isn't your typical restaurant as it has over 200 types of tequila in house and yes, you can get flights of them.

We love a lot of selection. From dozens of different types of ice cream to countless pasta toppings, we want variety.

If you’re looking for more options when it comes to drinks then hit up Anejo.

This Mexican restaurant located in Calgary has legit over 200 different tequilas on their menu.

Every single one of their tequilas is listed on their website and it's so long it takes up five different pages.

From silver and gold to mescal, they have all the options covered.

Prices will vary depending on what type you’re getting but the cheapest will cost you around $7 while some of the most expensive can go anywhere from $75 to even $1,250.

No, that’s not a typo and yes, those prices are all for one ounce shots.

They even have premium, custom made tequila on their menu that's made in collaboration with the restaurant and Patron.

They say you can’t get it anywhere else other than the restaurant so this is as exclusive as you can get.

Much like going to a brewery or winery, you can get a flight of tequila.

On their flight board, you’ll get a Blanco, Reposado, and an Anejo.

You can either choose to get a flight offering one and half ounce or three-ounce glasses.

Of course, the three-ounce flights are generally double in price but you'll get a better chance to taste all the flavour profiles in the tequila.

The cheapest flight will cost you $15 whereas the most expensive will be $140.

It definitely pays to go with a group of people and try as many as possible.

While tequila is the main attraction, their food shouldn’t be overlooked.

You’ll want some munchies to go with your drinks and they definitely have that end covered.

Their traditional Mexican food is top drawer for the city of Calgary and all things considered, it's pretty reasonably priced.

You can even buy single tacos if you aren’t hungry enough for a full meal.

If you want even cheaper deals, hit up their “halfy hour” from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 p.m. until close every day.

All single tequila is half-priced which means you can try double the amount for half as much.

Whenever you go, be sure to plan a safe ride home.
