Canada's most in-demand jobs for 2025 were revealed and so many positions are high paying

You might not even need a university degree to get some of these jobs!

A new ranking has revealed Canada's most in-demand jobs for 2025.

These are the best jobs that you can get hired for this year and some are high paying or don't require a university degree!

Randstad, the world's largest talent company, just released a ranking of the top 15 most in-demand jobs in Canada for 2025.

"Opportunities are flourishing across diverse fields like administration, logistics, and skilled trades," Randstad noted.

There is also an "increasing demand for digital expertise" in Canada which is why some positions made the top jobs list this year.

According to Randstad, Canada's most in-demand jobs in 2025 are:

  1. Admin assistant — $47,000 to $59,000
  2. Bookkeeper — $56,000 to $62,000
  3. Sales associate — $61,000 to $81,000
  4. Customer service representative — $48,000 to $61,000
  5. Receptionist — $43,000 to $53,000
  6. Office administrator — $60,000 to $78,000
  7. General labourer — $19.70 to $24.10 an hour
  8. Driver — $22 to $27 an hour
  9. Pharmacy assistant — $43,800 to $50,200
  10. Forklift operator — $21.60 to $27 an hour
  11. Warehouse labourer — $21.60 to $27 an hour
  12. Financial analyst — $89,000 to $107,000
  13. HR generalist — $71,000 to $95,000
  14. Electrician — $35 to $44 an hour
  15. Estimator — $73,000 to $97,000

Some positions — like admin assistant, sales associate, customer service representative, receptionist and driver — might not require you to have a university degree.
