If you're watching Big Brother Canada, you might be wondering, "Does the runner-up of Big Brother win money?"

From what we can tell from the BBCAN website, the only person who gets a prize is the actual winner.

That prize is $100,000 plus some additions, depending on the season.

For season nine, the current season, the grand prize is the cash, $10,000 worth of grills and grilling accessories from Weber and an additional $10,000 that Sunlight was generous enough to throw in.

The rest of the contestants don't take home anything by way of prizes, but they do get a "weekly stipend [...] for each week that he or she remains in the Big Brother Canada House," the amount of which is undisclosed to the public.
