Major flex! If anyone is known for showing off their lavish purchases on the ‘gram, it’s Drake. Recently, the rapper took to his stories to show off a pricey watch while cruising down a Toronto highway.

On Thursday, July 2, Drizzy took to his Instagram stories to reveal a purchase that’s sure to have his followers green with envy.

According to Dmarge, the flashy piece is a Rolex Day-Date, which the company’s website prices upwards of $40,000.

In typical Drake fashion, he had the watch customized with vertically-arranged baguette-cut diamonds rather than the usual horizontally-arranged.

Dmarge also reports that the usual Rolex "President" bracelet has been swapped out with what appears to be a "Chrome Hearts-inspired solid gold number, with bejewelled cross motifs."

The website notes that with all the incredible customizations he’s had done, the Canadian’s watch is likely worth over $200,000 USD.

On the same day, Drizzy posted yet another story to his page — this time, a video of him flexing the jewellery for the camera while cruising in the back of a Maybach.

Twitter users have been speculating that the road Drake was driving on is none other than Toronto’s Don Valley Parkway.

“Drake be on the Don Valley flexing,” one person tweeted.

Dmarge also noted that the watch wasn’t the only thing the rapper was showing off. Drake was also sporting a diamond-encrusted crucifix chain in the video.

Later in the day, the 33-year-old continued to show off when he tried on another luxury watch, a 1017 ALYX 9SM x Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.

In the past, the “Toosie Slide” singer has also been known to show off his luxurious Bridle Path mansion on his Instagram page.

Over the past few months, Drizzy has been teasing that new music is on the way, although a release date remains unclear.
