2 More West Edmonton Mall Attractions Are Reopening In Less Than A Week

They're the final two WEM attractions to reopen!

Senior Writer

Two more attractions are reopening in the West Edmonton Mall and Albertans will be able to visit them in under a week's time.

World Waterpark and Galaxyland are reopening to the public on June 18, which means that all of the mall's attractions will be open as of that date.

Everyone has to wear a mask or face covering in all indoor spaces at West Edmonton Mall. According to CTV News, masks will be required to be worn in all non-aquatic areas of World Waterpark.

Alberta moved into its second stage of reopening on June 10 and the third stage is expected to start "in late June or early July."

When that happens, all public health restrictions will be lifted except isolation requirements for people who test positive for COVID-19.
