McDonald's Canada Is Throwing Shade At Tim Hortons On Twitter Over Fresh Cracked Eggs

Now that Tim Hortons eggs are freshly cracked, McDonald's Canada is throwing a little bit of shade because they've been doing that for decades.

To celebrate the ingredient, Tims changed its Twitter layout to feature the Bacon Breakfast Sandwich which has the new eggs.

After that, McDonald's Canada changed its layout on Twitter as well.

The header is now the Egg McMuffin and the bio throws some serious shade at Tim Hortons complete with eggcellent emojis.

"Servin' up freshly cracked eggs since 1976," it said.

There's nothing like a little rivalry between fast-food chains!

Speaking of, McDonald's is bringing back the Shamrock Shake.

Canadians will be able to get the menu item at locations across the country on February 9, before it even becomes available in the U.S.
