Canadians Are Getting Bolder In Demanding Flexibility From Their Employers

Indeed, a Canadian job posting site, has released new data about how the pandemic has changed the Canadian workforce.

In an email sent to Narcity, Indeed said that people are now valuing money more than anything else when it comes to looking for a new job.

Beyond that, nearly 55% of Canadians said they feel comfortable making demands about their working location, their schedule, or their hours.

Before the pandemic, only about 49% said they would have been comfortable having that type of conversation.

Out of all the demands an employee might make, most people (58%) said they would have no problem demanding a more flexible schedule.
