Global News has also reported that the province will be putting forth new restrictions on November 24.

Meanwhile, Dr. Deena Hinshaw is scheduled to address the public at 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon, an hour and a half earlier than usual.

Though, the live-stream description does not indicate that any other officials will be joining her.

Many locals in Alberta are begging the province to take action as cases climb.

The hashtag #WhereIsKenney has been trending on Twitter and somebody even erected make-shift tombstones outside of the provincial health minister's office.
