The salary for these admin jobs with the Department of Justice Canada is $67,330 to $72,544 a year.

You can apply for the admin jobs if you live in Canada or are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living abroad.

It's required that you have a high school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.

Also, you need experience providing administrative support services in a work environment — either paid or volunteer.

That includes preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form, data entry, answering questions over the phone and email, processing service requests, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and more.

So, even though this is a position with "Canada’s largest law firm," you don't need any legal experience!

You must be able to communicate effectively and plan, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Any additional education and experience will be considered assets but aren't required to get hired.

You'll also need to know English or French or be bilingual and able to use both of Canada's official languages.
