BANG BANG Noodles is back at their Highland Park pop up location this week in Los Angeles, and you better get your orders in ASAP because these babies sell out super quick.

Inspired by street food in Xi'an China, the noodles are hand-pulled, gorgeous, and delicious — and the people of Los Angeles go bonkers for them.

And rightfully so —biang biang mian has always been popular in Xi'an but is now an LA staple thanks to this shop, approved by food blogger Twaydabae.

Ever seen a noodle so large it looks like a slide? No? Well, it sounds like you need some BANG BANG Noodles in your world, friend.

Choose your protein wisely — they have beef shank or lamb for the meat-eaters and housemade seitan or shitake mushroom for the vegetarians.

Their curbside pick-up and carryout menu features four types of bowls and can be found on their Instagram (as well as a detailed schedule telling you when they're open and when to order).

Plan in advance, act fast — these noodles are basically celebrities.
