Fox 10 Phoenix goes on to report that a bartender filed a complaint with the L.A. County sheriff's office after overhearing a deputy show off the photos to a woman "he was trying to impress."

Vanessa also claims in the lawsuit that Villanueva tried to cover up the leaked photos by telling deputies if they delete them, they wouldn't face punishment.

Vanessa is suing for punitive damages and an "unspecified amount," according to Fox 10 Phoenix.
