What are the Lotto Max winning numbers for Friday, April 5?

The Lotto Max winning numbers for Friday, April 5 are 4, 8, 18, 24, 26, 35 and 46. Then, the bonus number is 5.

When it comes to Encore, the winning number is 8805390.

The Maxmillions winning numbers you need to score $1 million are:

  • 4, 6, 9, 17, 32, 40 and 50
  • 5, 7, 10, 22, 23, 32 and 33
  • 5, 26, 32, 34, 35, 46 and 48
  • 12, 18, 26, 35, 39, 40 and 47

Nobody in Canada bought a ticket matching all seven numbers to become the Lotto Max winner for this Friday's draw.

Also, none of the Maxmillions have been with either.

The next Lotto Max draw on Tuesday, April 9 will offer a $60 million jackpot!

You'll also have the chance to win Maxmillions because six prizes will also be available.

The Lotto Max winning numbers for April 2 were 11, 23, 36, 38, 42, 43 and 49. Also, 27 was the bonus.

For Encore, the winning number was 8203518.

Two $1 million prizes were also up for grabs in Tuesday's draw. The Maxmillions winning numbers were:

  • 2, 7, 14, 28, 33, 48 and 49
  • 11, 22, 33, 38, 42, 49 and 50

There was no winner of the $50 million jackpot or the Maxmillions on Tuesday, April 2.

How do you play Lotto Max?

Lotto Max draws happen twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays in Canada.

You get three sets of numbers for every $5 play that you buy and each set has seven numbers from 1 to 50.

Here's what matching numbers could win you:

  • 7/7 — jackpot
  • 6/7 plus bonus — approximately $130,000
  • 6/7 — approximately $4,000
  • 5/7 plus bonus — approximately $1,000
  • 5/7 — approximately $100
  • 4/7 plus bonus — approximately $50
  • 4/7 — $20
  • 3/7 plus bonus — $20
  • 3/7 — free play

The Lotto Max jackpot starts at $10 million and can go up to $70 million.

Once the jackpot reaches $50 million, there are also Maxmillions available to be won — additional $1 million prizes.

All three sets of numbers you get with a $5 play are eligible for both the main draw and the Maxmillions draw when the jackpot reaches $50 million.

Tickets are sold until 10:30 p.m. ET on Tuesdays and Fridays which is when the Lotto Max winning numbers are drawn.
