It's back! McDonald's Canada's free fries deal is officially back now that the new NBA season is underway, but there are some conditions when the Raptors score big.

If the Toronto basketball team manages to sink 12 three-point shots in a game, the fast-food chain will offer free french fries in Canada from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. the next day.

However, that has yet to happen.

Hopefully there will be free fries tomorrow! McDonald's Canada

In a tweet confirming the promotion was on, the restaurant franchise hoped the Raptors would pull it off in their Tuesday night game against the Philidelphia 76ers.

"Hopefully there will be free fries tomorrow!" they wrote.

This will be the team's third game of the regular season and they have yet to make 12 three-pointers.

However in the past, the Raptors have had no problem getting fans free fries, and it ended up costing McDonald's millions.

Back in 2019, the year that the Toronto team took home the NBA Championship, the fast-food chain gave out over 2 million orders of fries during the regular season.

Then, following game 1 of the finals that year, 80,000 orders were given away in just one day.

Here's hoping the Raptors can make it happen again.
