Craving a dinner out? If you want to treat yourself to some incredible cuisine, this Ontario restaurant is worth checking out.

The venue has been crowned Canada's best restaurant and is now the province's only Michelin two-star, making it a top fine-dining destination.

On September 18, the Michelin Guide released its list of "The Best Restaurants in Toronto & Region for 2025," showcasing a range of standout dining destinations from downtown hotspots to hidden gems outside the city.

This beautiful Ontario restaurant was awarded its second Michelin star, making it the only 2-star destination in the province.

Restaurant Pearl Morissette is an enchanting venue located in the Niagara region's Jordan Station.

Boasting a restaurant, winery, orchard, farm and bakery, the 42-acre destination "reflects the European ideal of destination dining in the heart of agriculture" with an emphasis on sustainability and locality, according to the website.

Perched on the top floor of a Scandinavian-inspired barn, the space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of lush farmlands and gardens.

The restaurant features a prix fixe menu with a range of seasonal dishes inspired by French cooking.

According to the Michelin Guide, "Chefs Daniel Hadida and Eric Robertson make the most of their surroundings to enhance their spontaneous tasting menu's dishes, as in roasted guinea hen with chanterelles, mokum carrot and fig."

Other highlights include juice pairings and "a deliciously creamy hogweed ice cream sandwich followed by terrific, freshly baked madeleines."

The restaurant was crowned the best in the country by Canada's 100 Best earlier this year, and also holds a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainable practices.

The guide added a new one-star restaurant for 2025: Toronto's aKin, offering elevated Chinese cuisine.

Reservations at Restaurant Pearl Morissette fill quickly, and the next booking window for January and February opens Thursday, November 13 at noon on Tock.

With gorgeous country views and two Michelin stars, Restaurant Pearl Morissette is a must-try gem hidden just a road trip away from Toronto.
