An Edmonton Man In His 20s Has Died From COVID-19

Along with 4 other deaths reported yesterday.

Dr. Deena Hinshaw announced on Thursday, September 10, that Alberta had recorded five COVID-10 deaths in the last 24 hours. Among them include a man in his 20s. 

When asked about this Alberta COVID-19 death, Dr. Hinshaw said in the briefing that he had "chronic conditions."

Whether an individual is in their 20s or older, it’s always a loss and I would want to express my sympathies to family and friends.

The deceased man in question was in the Edmonton health zone, according to government data

This is the second person in their 20s who has died from COVID-19-related complications. The first was a woman from the Edmonton zone as well. 

The average age of people who have died from COVID-19 is 83, according to the data.
