Canada Reported Over 2,300 New COVID-19 Cases & It's The Highest Increase So Far

This is the highest one-day increase since the beginning of the pandemic, per Global News.
As of Tuesday at 7 p.m., the total number of Canadians who have now tested positive for the illness had hit 171,323.
New cases of COVID-19 reported on Tuesday
As part of the same update, it was confirmed that an additional 26 people had died after contracting the illness, taking the total to 9,530 people.
This comes as Ontario and Quebec have also been reporting record-breaking daily figures.
The two provinces have reportedof Canada’s total COVID-19 deaths and over 79.8% of the country’s total cases.
While these two regions have been particularly hard-hit, the pandemic continues totoo.
In response to this spike, the federal government announced on Tuesday that a deal had been signed forwhich can reportedly deliver results in just 15 minutes.
