A New Georgia Glamping Spot With Treehouses & Geodesic Domes Is Coming This Fall
Book for a totally relaxing weekend.
The Georgia Glamping Company is building a second location in Henry County of McDonough, Georgia at Iris Lake for a beautiful and relaxing escape, and they currently plan to open in October.
Phase one for opening the Georgia Glamping Company's new destination will have two bell and safari tents, two cabins and cabin duos, as well as two treehouses and geodesic domes.
There will be group fire pit areas, a playground, beach, decks around the lodge for gathering, and drinks and snacks will be served at the lodge.
The Georgia Glamping Company
This site will sit on 200 acres and has a lake, as well as two ponds that are stocked with fish, but there are no motorized watercraft allowed for a serene and peaceful experience.
According to a post on their Facebook page, the Georgia Glamping Company hopes to also have food trucks and live music regularly to serve as a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
If the new property is anything like their previous one, there will also be a bathhouse that has restrooms, showers, and a laundry area so there's no need to fret; this is glamping and not camping, after all.
