NFL Coach Jennifer King Just Broke A Major Glass Ceiling
The Washington Football Team's newest coach just made history after working for a year as a coaching intern.
Jennifer King, who worked under Head Coach Ron Rivera for two different franchises, just got hired as a full-time assistant position coach, making her the first African American female to do so in league history.

King's resume is undoubtedly impressive as she was a triple threat throughout her 12-year playing career, playing quarterback, receiver and safety.
She also won two national championships with the Carolina Phoenix and the New York Sharks.
Prior to joining the Washington staff, King interned with the Carolina Panthers, where she helped coach star running back Christian McCaffrey.
"Coach King is well deserving of the promotion to assistant running backs coach. She came to Washington eager for the opportunity to work as a full-year coaching intern and learn from our staff," Ron Rivera told FOX5.
Now her new full-time coaching gig has made her a superstar in the industry, receiving respect from other major sports icons such as tennis star Billie Jean King.
