After struggling to make the final decision, it appears the prime minister’s family has come to a conclusion. Justin Trudeau’s kids are returning to school this year, despite initial concerns about COVID-19.

On Thursday, September 3, CTV News confirmed that the PM’s three children have gone back to their classes for face-to-face learning.

This comes after Trudeau previously admitted being on the fence about sending them back to in-class learning.

In August, he told reporters that his family was having “active discussions” on the matter, and noted that “a lot of reflection” was going on.

At the time, he said they were considering factors such as the school’s specific plan, class sizes and how the kids feel about wearing masks.
