This New Rooftop Bar In Georgia Is Open Now & It's A Colorful Adult Playground
Spending the day at a rooftop bar isn't the worst idea in the world. You could consider these "adult playgrounds" where you don't have to worry about kids running around everywhere and spend time worrying about how strong your drink is. There's a brand new rooftop bar in Augusta that's opening tonight that you can add to your places to check-out list.
Edgar's Above Broad is located in Downtown Augusta and is having its grand opening tonight, September 10. It's operated by Edgar's Hospitality Group and their saying is, "Come hungry, leave fulfilled."
Not only will this spot be a playground for adults to run free at, but it also serves up delicious food, too. Right now, there are only dinner options, but according to their Facebook post, breakfast and lunch options will come later this month.

The rooftop will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to midnight.
As you walk up to the top, you'll notice the huge mural that pops with colors and it serves as the perfect spot to take a few pictures for The 'Gram.
There's also a huge checkered board with giant checkers you can play or sit in one of the Adirondack chairs to watch your friends compete against each other surrounded by the sounds of live music.
To grab your drink, head over to the silver airstream. You can get cocktail creations like the "No Big Dill" or a classic martini.
There are also some pretty cool food creations the rooftop has come up with like a cinnamon roll burger slider, fresh oysters and pimento cheese, and gouda sandwich.
If you find yourself in the Augusta area, spending a night here with your girlfriends deserves a spot on your list of things to do.
