Just over one year since he and Meghan Markle made the move to America's west coast, Prince Harry has landed a new job.

The Duke of Sussex has now assumed the role of chief impact officer at a Silicon Valley startup known as BetterUp, which specializes in improving the mental health of employees at major corporations.

Under the new role, Prince Harry will be promoting the app and expanding the company's global community, while also aiming to bring more awareness to "mental fitness."

"My goal is to lift up critical dialogues around mental health, build supportive and compassionate communities, and foster an environment for honest and vulnerable conversations. And my hope is to help people develop their inner strength, resilience, and confidence," Prince Harry told BetterUp CEO Alexi Robichaux.

The Daily Mail reports that Robichaux has declined to reveal how much exactly Prince Harry will be making under his new role.
