The salary ranges from $113,278 to $131,375 for these jobs with Statistics Canada.
As a census Field Operations Manager, you will work to:
- contribute to the development of operational plans for census data collection activities
- organize, oversee, and control census field collection within the assigned area
- manage census field operations for a seven-day collection operation
- manage employees and the financial, human, and material resources for the assigned area
- develop and implement collection strategies and contingency plans
- analyze and produce reports on the progress of collection activities.
- respond to and resolve complaints
- supervise a team of Field Operations Supervisors and an administrative assistant
- oversee a large workforce in a decentralized and virtual environment
