Mount Nemo Conservation Area is known for its gorgeous scenery and towering vistas.
Located an hour from Toronto in Burlington, it's a beautiful spot to stretch your legs and enjoy the outdoors.
According to the website, it "tends to be a favourite park for nature-enthusiasts, thanks to the unique escarpment-edge ecosystem and the incredible biodiversity that thrives at the park."
One fo the highlights of Mount Nemo is the Brock Harris Lookout, which offers expansive views across more than 50 kilometres of rolling hills and scenic countryside. On a clear day, you can see all the way to the CN Tower.
To get to the lookout, you can follow either the North Loop Trail or Bruce Trail from the parking lot.
If heights aren't your thing, "there are still an abundance of cliffs, crags and caves waiting to be explored" closer to the ground, according to the park.
Reservations are recommended, so it's a good idea to book your visit ahead of time.
