True, Ottawa is one of the coolest cities in the country. Not only is it the capital of Canada, which inherently makes it awesome, but we've got some pretty chill things to do.

Sure, we've got some internationally loved events and things to discover (like the Byward Market and the annual Canadian Tulip Festival), but we've also got our own fun spots to check out, like patios (looking at you, Cornerstone), restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, and a whole lot more!

If you grew up in rural Saskatchewan, you know that the majority of our playlists consisted of nothing but country music. Whether we were cruising gravel roads, sitting around a bonfire with friends, or two-stepping at a rodeo cabaret, there was always the sound of country music blasting in the air and that meant that people were having a hell of a good time.

The kind of good times that bring back the happiest memories of when we were young and in love or quite possibly young and very drunk. So while we're on the topic of reminiscing, let's add a classic Throwback Thursday playlist to the country tunes we played on repeat during our teenage glory days.
