Kitchen space is a finite resource - and a coveted one at that. Gone are the days of single-purpose items and appliances, including the basics like pots and pans; multi-purpose tools are slowly starting to replace their one-hit-wonder siblings.

Take Our Place's Always Pan, for example. Although this piece of cookware tends to sell out quickly, certain colours of the Always Pan are currently in stock in Canada. A brand new colour, Blanch (a mineral blue-green colour), is available as of today for $195.

Our Place

According to Our Place, the new colour pan will ship out in early December and it's also available in a pot too! You can get the Perfect Pot in Blanch for $220.

The pan can can boil, steam, fry and more, and replaces up to eight different kitchen appliances, including a frying pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan and non-stick pan. It also has a built-in spoon rest and comes with a matching spatula.

Look-wise, the earth-toned cult favourite is available in 9 different colours; most are in stock as of writing, but certain ones like the lavender-coloured pan are currently sold out.
