On Wednesday, April 28, there was a pretty big temperature difference between Ontario and Nunavut.

While conditions in Ontario's Chatham-Kent were a toasty 19.6 at around 9 a.m., it was a whole 40.3-degrees colder up north.

At around the same time on Wednesday, temperatures in Lupin, Nunavut, were a bone-chilling -20.7.

Unfortunately for residents of Nunavut, conditions aren't expected to improve much over the next few days. In fact, up to 25 centimetres of snow is expected in some spots. Yikes!
