In proper Scandinavian tradition, their hydrotherapy starts you off in a hot bath or sauna, before throwing you into the cold with a nordic waterfall, shower, or cold plunge.

After the change gets your heart beating, you can then go relax in the solarium, hammock haven, or other relaxation areas.

They say the process of going from hot to cold helps up your heart rate and releases endorphins — flushing you with warmth and a great fuzzy feeling.

If you're not into the baths, you can also stop by for one of their six types of massages, perfect after a long work week or day spent hiking. Each massage package also comes with access to the baths and robe rental.
