What a way to spend the day. Tim Hortons' free coffee is here for one day only and you can actually get one every half hour!

To mark National Coffee Day, Tims is celebrating by offering Canadians free brews on September 29 at participating locations across the country.

You can get any size and any roast at no cost when you make a minimum purchase of $0.50 in the Tims app.

However, that's not even the best part.

Every 30 minutes you can get a free coffee

This deal gets even sweeter without any sugar added to your coffee!

That's because there's a limit of one per purchase per 30-minute period.

So you could spend the whole day getting free coffee from a morning jolt to an afternoon pick me up as long as you spend half a dollar.

You could get a bagel, a muffin or a donut for under $2 and have your cup of joe be free of charge.

Or you could get a cookie for just $0.99 and spend even less to get your drink at no cost.

To get your free brew, add a coffee to your basket in the app along with something else that's at least $0.50 or else the offer won't apply.

There are some exceptions though.

This deal doesn't include espresso-based drinks so unfortunately, you won't be able to get a pumpkin spice latte at no cost.
