Reported COVID-19 cases at a GTA nail salon are forcing nearly 100 people into self-isolation.

York Region Public Health has identified at least 84 high-risk contacts who could've been exposed while visiting Nails at Anthony’s in Vaughan.

A total of seven staff members have tested positive for a variant of a concern as of April 8.

Public Health also said that the salon failed to maintain its patron list, which makes it difficult to contact everyone who might've been exposed.

Customers who visited the location between March 23-26 are being asked to self-isolate for 14 days and get tested if symptoms develop.
