A Mississauga bar is being instructed by health officials to shut down this week over fears of a potential COVID-19 outbreak.

According to Peel Public Health, individuals who attended &Company Resto Bar, located at 295 Enfield Place, on August 6, 7, 8, 13, 14 or 15 are advised to seek immediate testing due to a possible exposure.

The warning also applies to the businesses' staff who might've come in contact with someone who has COVID-19, including those who are fully vaccinated.

Anyone who develops symptoms, which include dry cough, tiredness, fever, is being asked to self-isolate away from others.

"Peel Public Health has advised the premise to remain closed until further notice," an excerpt from the advisory reads.
