In case you needed another reason to look forward to the summer, a brand new dinner series has announced that it will be taking place from July to September.

The Longest Dinner Table event will feature outdoor dinner parties at over 100 locations across Ontario, including Toronto, and you can expect to dine at beaches, wineries and more.

Created by the founder of Street Eats Market, the event will work alongside local restaurants and food businesses, and the cuisine will differ at each venue with prix fixe menus from three to six courses.

The tables will stretch to endless lengths, and the more reservations a restaurant receives, the more tables will be added, with no set limit to just how long they could get.

Safety protocols such as contact tracing will be in place, and tickets will be available starting July 1.
