Torontonians will have a final chance to catch an exciting drone show as TD lights up the sky in continued celebration of its 10th annual #TDThanksYou campaign.

This Friday, August 30, TD will be hosting a captivating drone show that can be viewed at Toronto’s Princes' Boulevard (near Hotel X) between 10:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. In case of rain, the show will be rescheduled to September 2 at 9:00 p.m.

The incredible presentation will conclude with a scannable QR code in the sky, which attendees can use to visit the #TDThanksYou website to learn more about the campaign and where TD customers can enter for a chance to win exciting prizes, including:

  • Two (2) concert tickets for a customer and guest to the most sought-after concert of 2024 at Rogers Centre, Toronto.
  • Two (2) tickets to the 2025 JUNO Awards, plus a VIP backstage venue tour and rehearsal viewing.
  • Two (2) tickets to a 2025 Blue Jays Spring Training Game at TD Ballpark in Dunedin, FL.
  • A chance to learn the basics of cricket, run drills and train like an athlete with players from the men's Canadian National Team at an official training facility.
  • 10,000 prizes of 200 Starbucks Stars each.

“To mark this special anniversary, we wanted to create a unique and memorable experience that will resonate with Canadians from coast to coast,” said Michael Armstrong, Vice President, North American Brand & Sponsorships, TD Bank Group. “That’s why we are bringing #TDThanksYou to the skies with spectacular drone shows held in major cities across Canada. Closing out the drone shows in Toronto – the largest city in Canada – we are excited to say thank you in a big way! People are at the heart of what we do as an organization, thank you for inspiring us to always strive to be better."

The annual #TDThanksYou campaign began in 2014 with its headline-grabbing “Automatic Thanking Machines” and has since evolved to thank customers in new and thoughtful ways, including recognizing customers and colleagues who make a difference in their local communities and spread positivity during tough times. For this year’s special anniversary milestone, spectators in Toronto can expect the night sky to illuminate with 400 drones producing dazzling formations and creative visual displays.
