Pfizer is reportedly upgrading their principal vaccine production facility, which is why Canada expects to see a drop in the number of Pfizer vaccine doses entering the country over the next week.

Today, Ford blamed Pfizer for the delay and that he said the company was "screwing this up."*

He also said, "I don't buy any of that crap" in regards to the reports of factory upgrades.*

Doug Ford told the press on Tuesday that he was "very angry" at the development, and he said that "we have to be on [Pfizer] like a blanket."

In an email to Narcity, a spokesperson from Pfizer did not comment on the Premier's most recent remarks but re-iterated that the "disruption" is "a short-term situation" and that they will keep Ford updated on further developments.
