This Short 1-km Hike Will Take You To One Of The Best Waterfalls In Ontario

It's rated one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the whole province! 😍

Staff Writer

If you hate hiking, we have the perfect walk for you. This short path takes only minutes to complete and will take you next to a spectacular waterfall in Ontario.

Did you know Ragged Falls in Oxtongue River-Ragged Falls Provincial Park is one of the best falls in the province?

But there is no need for a sweat through a gruesome trek through the woods.

Instead, you can follow the well-marked 1-kilometre gravel route to reach the impressive lookout point.

Plus, you can venture near the base of the falls and hear thunderous water as it rushes past you.

Once you've soaked in all the natural beauty, you can turn around to return to your car. Or, if you are feeling particularly adventurous, you are only a short drive from more outdoor fun at Algonquin Provincial Park.
