The units offer open spacious floor plans, air conditioning, and balconies. There are a pool and gym on the top floor and even a convenience store in the building.

If you move in before the beginning of December, you can be eligible for a free month.

And if you make it in before the end of October — that's two whole months of rent saved.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Toronto has seen a steady decline in rental prices as students and remote workers leave the city.

This has caused some landlords to get creative in their attempts to persuade tenants to move in.

Last month, a Toronto condo building was offering new residents two months of free rent and a cash bonus.
