An Iconic American Hot Chicken Venue Is Opening Its First Toronto Location This Week

Exciting news for all the foodies out there. 

A Toronto Dave's Hot Chicken location is opening this week, and it's the first-ever venue in all of Canada, as well as the first-ever international venue.

The iconic L.A. fast-food joint is known for its Nashville hot chicken and specializes in hot chicken tenders and sliders.

See how much heat you can take by trying some of the seven spice levels, the spiciest of which actually requires a signed waiver. 

The menu will feature a variety of sides, including creamy Mac 'n' Cheese and house-made Kale Slaw.

There will also be items that are unique to Canada, such as local craft beers and dishes with a Canadian twist.

The Canadian expansion was first announced in early 2020 after the company signed a franchise agreement with Obelysk Foods Ltd.

Dave's Hot Chicken has plans to introduce more local and national locations over the course of the year.
