One Toronto man is wanted after causing a scene on the TTC. According to police, the man was spotted breaking a TTC bus window last month. The move came after he was stopped from boarding the vehicle due to "COVID-19 capacity rules."
According to a Toronto Police Service (TPS) news release, a mischief investigation has been launched into an incident that occurred Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 9:56 a.m.
When a passenger attempted to board a bus at the intersection of Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue East, he was denied entry due to capacity restrictions.
The driver and passenger proceeded to get into an argument about the issue before the suspect left the vehicle.
However, it seems that the man wasn't done with the argument just yet.
According to police, he then began smashing the front window of the bus with his bare hands, causing the glass to break.
He then fled eastbound on Sheppard Avenue East.
"The suspect is described as in his 30's's, with a heavy build. He was wearing a red t-shirt, black shorts, and blue and black shoes. He had a black duffel bag and black headphones. Security camera images of the man have been released," reads an excerpt from the police report.

The crime comes after the TTC implemented a number of service restrictions back in March to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
TTC spokesperson Stuart Green told Narcity that there will be times where a bus will bypass a stop if it is too full.
However, the TTC has also noted that additional services will be running in busy areas to help with crowding during these wait times.
The transit company has also blocked off certain seats on their vehicles in an attempt to stop people from sitting too close to one another.
The company also announced that on July 2, face-coverings are now mandatory for any rider.
