University Of Waterloo Is Dealing With COVID-19 Outbreaks In Every Single Residence
An active outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared in every single residence at the University of Waterloo.
In a statement, the school announced that the cases were linked to off-campus gatherings of both Waterloo universities that had affected residents and visitors to the campus alike.

According to the statement, there are 21 cases associated with the same off-campus gatherings cluster.
Ten of those cases have been linked back to the University of Waterloo, and university officials are reaching out to all high-risk contacts of the people affected.
The university said it will be implementing changes as a result of the cases and that all students should remain in their rooms at all times except to attend classes, exercise or get food.
