If you're in the market for a vacation home in Canada, you might be sad to learn that they are getting a lot more expensive. 

According to Royal LePage's Spring Recreational Property Price Forecast, Canadian recreational homes are expected to jump in price by 15% in 2021.

In Alberta, vacation homes are expected to cost $942,881 in 2021, which is an increase of only 6% but is the highest price compared to the other provinces. 

Atlantic Canada's recreational home prices are expected to increase by 17% and land at an average price of only $226,961. 

Meanwhile, vacation homes will cost $291,993 in Quebec, $547,207 in Ontario, $260,862 in the Prairies, and $781,918 in B.C.
