Close behind in second place is Quebec with 35 cases per 100,000 people.

B.C. will announce new case numbers in the afternoon on Monday, September 21 but on Friday, September 18 there were 1,803 active cases in the province.

The province is experiencing an all-time high of active cases and recently brought new measures and fines in before the start of the school year to help slow the spread.
