Seth Rogen is selling his Vancouver penthouse and it's offering a glimpse of where and how the actor lived when he was in B.C.

The custom-designed penthouse located in Yaletown just went on the market and a video shows all the stunning features the property has to offer.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, located at 1178 Hamilton Street, has been listed by Patti Martin Group. It's on the market for $2.3 million.

Patti Martin tells Narcity she helped Rogen and his wife Lauren purchase the property back in 2010.

"While they owned it the unit was completely renovated to compliment the Heritage style of the building," Martin added.

The 1,463 square-foot penthouse features 12-foot ceilings, original exposed brick, and timber beams.

In a video shared online, Martin says the "one-of-a-kind" home offers a blend of "old-world heritage charm and modern luxury."

The kitchen has a pop of colour with bright blue cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The listing says it has a professional grade, Viking appliance suite, which is tailored for the "culinary aficionado."

The kitchen also has a 12-foot island which is a great spot for entertaining guests.

There is a lot of natural light inside thanks to many windows and skylights throughout the penthouse.

The master bedroom has beautiful built-in wooden shelving, a walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite with a dual waterfall shower.

The second bedroom can double as an office or second bedroom with a "vintage-inspired Murphy Bed."

One of the best features of the property is its 377-square-foot rooftop patio that offers "panoramic city views" of Vancouver.

The property also comes with a parking space and storage locker.

Martin tells Narcity they are showing the property this week by appointment.

"I have co-listed this property with Adina Dragasanu of Oakwyn Realty to increase activity to the listing and we have many interested parties requesting information and a private showing," she explained.

Anyone interested in viewing the penthouse is welcome to contact Martin and book a showing.
