Vancouver Woman Says She Was Stalked For 40 Mins & Needs Help Finding The Suspect (VIDEO)

She says a previously identified person of interest is not the suspect.
Staff Writer

After she was stalked by a man in Chinatown, a Vancouver woman is asking for the public's help to find him.

On Thursday, March 18, Jamie Coutts posted a video of the man she alleged had been stalking her for 40 minutes, standing just a few feet behind her as she circled the block.

Coutts escaped the man by joining a group of people at a skatepark, telling them she was being followed by the man and prompting him to leave without saying a word.

Vancouver Police released a statement on March 20, 2021, saying they had arrested a person of interest in the stalking case and were holding him on assault charges.

But Coutts said on social media on Saturday that it was not the same person from the video.
