Have you been dreaming of international travel again? WestJet’s new flight schedule has just been released and it includes more flights to sunny destinations in 2021.

In a statement shared on Wednesday, December 16, the Canadian airline confirmed that the January schedule includes a new Dreamliner service to Mexico, as well as additional flights overseas.

This includes extra services to the Caribbean, Central America, the United States and Mexico.

The updated schedule has added new flights to Costa Rica from Calgary too, as well as resumed services between Kona, Hawaii and Vancouver.

Travel between Aruba and Toronto will also be restarted.

By early 2021, the airline is expecting to offer 57 destinations, including 33 across Canada.

There will be 10 flights to the United States and Hawaii, six in Mexico, six in the Carribean, and one in Europe.

It’s worth noting that, as of right now, Canada still has an international travel advisory in place that urges Canadians to avoid all non-essential overseas travel.

The country’s international borders remain closed to discretionary visitors until at least January 21, 2021.
