When you visit Atlanta, there are many attractions you must see, at least during your first time in the city. The Georgia Aquarium, the Coke Factory, and Zoo Atlanta are just a few of the major spots to stop at. Another one includes the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and if you're lucky, you might be able to catch one of their Cocktails in the Garden events.

It's no secret that the Atlanta Botanical Gardens always has incredible themes that blow visitors away. This season, Alice in Wonderland has taken over and you can fall down the rabbit hole when you enter.

Through the end of September 2020, if you're 21 and up, you can sip cocktails as you wander through this garden wonderland. As soon as 5 p.m. comes around, it's time to raise your glass.

For four hours, you can explore through the garden and see all the exhibits it has to offer. You can grab a few boozy beverages from the bar (card only) and have yourself a night.

Try sipping the new garden beer or indulge in a Queen of Hearts cocktail that will touch your tongue with a bit of fancy.

This event will go on Tuesday through Sunday nights, so you'll have multiple days to choose from when deciding when you should go.

Everything in the Garden is larger-than-life. You'll see giant playing cards, a huge Red Queen sculpture, a large Alice that rotates in a lake, and even the rabbit with his clock and umbrella.

If you want to skip the evening cocktail party, you'll be able to experience the Alice in Wonderland theme by day until November 1, so you still have some time to check it out.

Throughout the Gardens, you'll see a ton of other exhibits too like the Japanese Garden, the Rose Garden, the Perennial Garden, the Earth Goddess of the lake, the Great Lawn, the Rock Garden, and can even go inside the Fuqua Observatory.

This is a perfect activity to do right after you get off work to take a little of the edge off your day. Grab a few friends and head on your way down the rabbit hole, drinks in hand.
