These are some of the best finds you can get at Dollarama, according to Canadians
"Dollarama's get the job done, they last long and are super pretty."

The outside of a Dollarama.
Dollarama is always a great place to do some shopping given that it has seriously low prices, and Canadians have dished on what they love from the store that is either great quality or a great price.
Even though the dollar store prices can go as high as $5, many of the products that people shared for this article are considerably cheaper than what they'd cost at other retailers, so they're still a good bargain despite them costing more than just $1.
So, from fun stuff to the more practical bits, here's what some Canadians say are their favourite products from Dollarama.

"I love Dollarama’s selection of containers that help keep my kitchen (and home) organized," shared one person. "I have a variety of these and other containers from the store around my house and they just help every space look nice and clean."
Prices for these vary by size and usually cost between $3.00 to $4.00.
Books
A variety of books from Dollarama.
Narcity
Make sure you take the time to peruse the book section as you could find some hidden gems!
"Low key, the book section is FULL of rebated gems at mega-low prices," shared another person. "I personally go to get comic book graphic novels. Discounted to like $3 from $30 sometimes."
Faux flowers

"I'm always impressed by how realistic some are," one person said of Dollarama's faux flowers.
"I personally can’t keep things alive long enough, so I always opt for fake plants and flowers (that I change up every once in a while)," they continued. "I find them so pretty and add a dash of perfume on the petals and they have a lingering smell, as if they're real."
"I couldn't personally justify buying myself flowers (like Miley!) just for them to die shortly after, and flowers aren’t cheap. Dollarama's get the job done, they last long and are super pretty."
Amen!
Art supplies
A variety of craft supplies at Dollarama.
Every so often it's nice to get crafty, but it doesn't have to break the bank.
"I’m TERRIBLE at art so it makes zero sense to splurge on Michael's (or even fancier art store) prices, but you can get literally everything you need for a really fun paint night at Dollarama for well under $20," explained one person.
Prices for art supplies range from $1.00 up, so you can definitely get more than a few things for your artistic needs.
A vegetable spiralizer
A spiralizer from Dollarama.
After testing this product out herself, one person shared that this vegetable spiralizer is a game-changer, particularly as it only costs $5.
She says this item costs way less than products she's seen at other stores, that it's easy to take apart and that she was impressed by the quality spiralized veggies.
Bubbles
Bubbles from Dollarama.
Who says kids' stuff is just for kids?
"My friends and I like to let our inner children play from time to time (ok all the time) and bubbles are really fun for summer park hangs or BBQs," shared one person, and at $1.50, it's a cheap way to add some whimsy.
Other items they shop for at Dollarama include glowsticks in order to have living room dance parties as well as gift bags for presents.

For $4.50, you can get this night-light-sized pink salt lamp, which is a great price considering that larger products come in at around $30 on Amazon.
According to someone who uses it, it gives off a warm orange-pink glow and lives up to what she wants out of it in terms of quality and ambiance.

If you're looking for a cheap portable speaker, buying one from Dollarama is a good call.
According to one user, for just $5, this speaker is great for the price, it's light and she brings it on her paddle board without stress — if it falls in, well... it was just $5!
Camping gear

According to one outdoorsy person, Dollarama is the place to go for camping mugs and plates.
"They have good plastic plates and metal camping mugs that I get for summer trips and BBQs," they said.
They also have a variety of plastic drinkware, like margarita cups, so you can have an adult beverage or two in a fancy glass without worrying it'll break.
An organization tray
An organization tray.
A wooden organizer that tames the chaos in a variety of rooms is another must-have.
For $2.50, one person says this tray helps to keep their bathroom organized as it houses a small plant, some eucalyptus, a candle and hand soap rather than having those items all over the place.
Batteries
Batteries at Dollarama.
We all need batteries, and why spend more at other stores when you can get decent-quality ones at Dollarama?
Someone shared that they get all different kinds from the dollar store, including double AA, triple AAA, and those flat disc-looking ones.
Wire gold baskets

We all have that one area of the house that no one knows how to deal with but these wire baskets might be the solution.
"I'm obsessed with the rose gold wire baskets from Dollarama!" shared one person, noting they range in price from about $2.50 to $4.00.
"My utility closet is lowkey horrifying but these pretty baskets make it seem less bleak and chaotic. They also look great in my living room where I use them to store board games."
Glass straws
Glass straws.
Not only are these straws good for the environment, but one person says they elevate the look of their drinks and it only cost $2.00 for four of them, which also came with a little cleaning doodad. Not a bad price for an item that she says she uses every day.
Pretty, and good for the turtles!
A silicone sink stainer
A silicone sink strainer.
If you use a metallic sink strainer, it's time to upgrade to the silicone version, and it only costs $3.25.
"I previously used the metallic strainer for my sink and found it held onto gunk that wouldn't come out, despite scrubbing, and would lead to an odour," one person shared. "The silicone one is much easier to clean and really just needs a quick rinse on most days."
Seasonal bits and bobs

And lastly, two people said they like shopping for seasonal products and decor, like Halloween, fall and winter decorations or items for the garden like little statues.
As someone who regularly decorates their home with seasonal decor, I'd have to agree — look at how cute all those little Halloween products are!
